The rich aubergine ground supports five columns of twenty tauk nuska guls with lobed minor guls enclosing whorl motifs, the pile elems are striped with ashik motifs; there is a vivacious use of light blue and a light madder for the elems.  For a comparable example see, Hoffmeister, P., Turkoman Carpets in Franconia, Edinburgh 1980, No. 7.
