Condition Report

The canvas has not been lined and is securely attached to a keyed wooden stretcher.

There is some isolated raised craquelure in the centre of the composition - however it appears stable. Inspection under ultra-violet light reveals some uneven fluorescence which could be associated to the artist's pigments.

The signature appears to be superimposed on a pencil signature.

This work is in good condition and is ready to hang.

Presented in a simple gilt frame.
