Please note, Condition 11 of the Conditions of Business for Buyers (Online Only) is not applicable to this lot.
The canvas has not been lined. There is one very minor spec of paint loss in the pink pigments towards the lower centre of the composition and some small lines of paint lifting are visible in the lower right corner. A circa 5 cm vertical line of craquelure is also visible towards the centre of the right edge. There is no visible sign of retouching under ultra-violet light.
This work could benefit from some light surface clean, notably in the white pigments.
Overall, this work is in good condition and is ready to hang.
Presented and sold unframed.
