The panel is flat. There is a vertical crack which is approximately 23 cm in length running up from the lower edge, visible on the reverse. This is situated approximately 5 cm from the lower right corner.
There is also a circa 5cm vertical split visible in the window. However, this is not too distracting to the naked eye.
The paint surface is stable.
Inspection under ultra-violet light reveals a heavy layer of uneven varnish which makes the surface quite difficult to read. However, areas of retouching are visible in the commode in the left hand side of the composition.
Overall, this work is in fairly good condition.
Presented in a decorative gilt frame with a nameplate.
