white marble, on a veined red marble base
114.5cm., 45in. overall
Overall the condition of the marble is very good, with minor dirt and wear to the surface consistent with age. The proper left arm is carved separately and can be detached at the armlet. There are some light dirt marks and abrasions around the joint. There appears to be some well-concealed restoration to the toes of the proper right foot and the proper left thumb. There are a few very small chips and abrasions, including to the jewels at the hips. There are a few small naturally occurring inclusions to the marble.
There are a few chips to the edges and corners of the red marble base.
