Overall the condition of the bronze is very good, with minor dirt and wear to the surface consistent with age. There is some rubbing to the bronze, in particular to the central figures nose and to the left figure's face. There are a few small scratches to the hair of the central figure. There is general wear to the patina.
The wood frame has remnants of gilding to the highest edge. There are a few chips to the inner edge of the frame.
