Description

A FAÇON DE VENISE LATTICINIO GLASS EWER, A FAÇON DE VENISE ENGRAVED GOBLET, AND A SMALL WINE GLASS | 17TH CENTURY


comprising, a façon de Venise latticinio glass ewer, 17th century, perhaps Venetian,

the flaring neck with folded rim set with a trailed band, the mushroom form body applied with four coloured glass flowers alternating with clear glass prunts, set on a hollow knopped stem between two collars and a spreading foot, 15cm., 5 7/8 in.;


a façon de Venise engraved goblet, 17th century,

the bell-shaped bowl with pine-cone moulded body, engraved with a landscape vignette of a rabbit under a large tree issuing bunches of grapes, the lower body with fluted bands sent on a moulded spreading foot, 13cm., 5 1/8 in. high;


a small wine glass, perhaps 17th century or later, 

the cylindrical bowl with fluting at the lower section, set on a spiral formed stem, and moulded domed foot, 11.5cm., 4 1/2 in. high
