A PALE CELADON JADE 'BOY AND DOG' CARVING | QING DYNASTY, 19TH CENTURY


The boy standing holding a vase with both hands

to his left, with a small bushy-tailed dog at his feet grasping at the

sleeve on his right arm, the stone of an even pale celadon tone.

The carving is in overall good condition with the exception of some minor chips to the top of the vase, a tiny bruise to one foot of the figure, and some further minor nicks along the extremities.
