A LARGE PAIR OF DUTCH SILVER CASTERS, JAN HENDRIK MIDDELHUYSEN, AMSTERDAM, 1795


Neo-classical urn form with beaded rims, waisted and fluted pierced covers with bud finials, each body with a band of panelled and swirl motifs above a stiff leaf border, on a beaded square pedestal foot.

Condition Report

Each clearly marked to the four corners of underside. One cover slightly bruised with finial leaning slightly. Nice heavy gauge and large size. Light surface wear. Good overall condition.
