A PAIR OF DUTCH DELFT POLYCHROME LARGE DISHES AND A PANCAKE PLATE | CIRCA 1700-20


painted in the Imari palette with a Chinoiserie figure with an elephant beside a bird perching in a flowering branch, within concentric blue line circles, the rims with cartouches of precious objects and flowering branches, reserved on a diaper band, one large dish and the smaller plate with a blue dotted AK monogram mark for Adrianus Kocx of De Grieksche A (The Greek A) factory; the pancake plate similarly decorated with a chinoiserie figure with a mythical beast on a leash, with two birds perching on the blue line frame, with a further diaper border to the reverse side, iron-red dotted AK monogram mark.
