Description

Fun and Fancy Free (1947) standee for Capitol Records Reader, US

Unframed Dimensions: 27 x 25 1/4 in. (68.3 x 64.2 cm)

Fun and Fancy Free was Walt Disney's ninth animated feature film, and the fourth film that the studio produced to save money during World War II. The film contains two separate stories, featuring Mickey Mouse, Donald, Goofy and Jiminy Cricket.

This standee was produced for Capitol Records Reader, which was released in collaboration with the film's release. Capital Records Reader was a children's book and record duo.

An extremely rare standee. Owing to their shape and fragility these standees were difficult to store, and therefore very few are know to have survived.
