Pavillon Blanc du Chateau Margaux 2010, Bordeaux - 1 Magnum (1.5L)

This was made from only 40% of the total production. Amazingly one does not see the Sauvignon Blanc on the nose, just a wonderful honied quality. So elegant and balanced with a perfect alcohol content (13.8%). Oranges and grapefruit and tremendously long on the palate. Serena Sutcliffe, MW
