Inscribed "Best wishes from Mickey and Minnie and Don Williams/92". Don "Ducky" Williams had been a character artist for Disney for decades at the time he produced the present work. As one might surmise from his nickname, his favorite subject was Donald Duck, but here he renders a depiction of one of America's favorite couples for one of America's great celebrity couples.
