GOLD, MICROMOSAIC, GLASS AND GEM-SET PENDANT-NECKLACE AND PENDANT-BROOCH
The hammered gold pendant-necklace suspending an octagonal pendant featuring a blue glass intaglio with mother-of-pearl backing, the chain with a toggle clasp set with cabochon rubies, gross weight approximately 70 dwts, internal circumference 16½ inches, the pendant and chain with maker's mark for Elizabeth Locke; and a pendant-brooch also of hammered gold, centered on a micromosaic depicting an arch within a glass frame, accented by cabochon moonstones and pyramid-shaped moonstones, gross weight approximately 20 dwts, unsigned.

In good condition, each piece with light wear to the mountings, not noticeable when worn. The pendant-necklace with 19k stamps on the chain and pendant. The pendant-brooch tests as 18 karat gold. The glass in the pendant-necklace is light blue, in good condition. The silvery white mother-of-pearl in good condition with moderate iridescence. The rubies are slightly purplish red, eye-clean to slightly included. The micromosaic intact and in good condition. The moonstones are colorless with blue adularscence, eye clean to slightly included, with a few light surface scratches noticeable only under close inspection. The glass in the pendant-brooch is slightly brownish purple, in good condition with a few very small nicks. Both the pendant-brooch and pendant in the pendant-necklace with hinged bails and safety locks. The pendant in the pendant-necklace measures approximately 1⅝ inches in length (including bail). The pendant-brooch measures approximately 2½ inches in length (including bail). Please note this property cannot be shipped internationally due to endangered species materials.
