Set with a heart-shaped sapphire weighing 19.13 carats, the pendant hoop embellished with a tapered baguette diamond, on a double chain, length approximately 400mm, maker's mark for Meister.

Accompanied by SSEF report no. 87133, stating that the sapphire is of Ceylon origin, with indications of heating.
