Folio (538 x 465 mm). 12 colored plates by Rackham with accompanying guard page bearing the title of the plate; plates disbound, some handling wear, minor browning to mats. Original vellum lettered in gilt on upper cover, in original card box with printed title; silk ties frayed, box worn. 

Number 4 of 100 copies signed by the publisher and the printer, one of about 20 with each plate signed by Rackham — the Doheny copy

Riall notes that "a rare few had every plate signed by Rackham, although 100 were supposed to be signed, only about 20 actually were".
