Oblong 4to (9¼ x 11 in.; 235 x 279mm). 112 albumen and silver gelatin prints (2 x 2⅞ in.; 50 x 75mm, to 6⅞ x 8⅞ in.; 175 x 225mm), mounted onto album leaves, manuscript captions in ink; minor toning, some spotting, primarily to album leaves. Half green morocco over green pebble grain cloth covered boards, rounded spine with gilt rules, all edges gilt; overall rubbed, corner bumped with some loss, some loss to head and foot of spine, edges frayed.

An account of hunting through India's mountainous regions. "H.L.", the author of the album, captures his time in Nerbudda, Kashmir, Indus, and elsewhere. In addition to images of camp scenes, the game bagged, and striking landscapes, "H.L." also includes a handful of photos taken at Whaley Abbey, in Rathdrum, Ireland.
