Pear-shaped diamonds, like this 3.04 carat stunner, are one of the most technically challenging to produce. The distinctive silhouette is a marriage of elongated marquise cuts and classic rounds, creating an elegant shape with big, bold facets on one end and a concentrated sparkle on the other. It’s a timeless, feminine cut that’s been used on several historically important stones, including the Cullinan I — one of the stars of the British crown jewels.
