Description

A one-page contract drawn up between the Jimi Hendrix Experience and Abrahams, Gold & Hecht, 280 Madison Avenue, New York, New York on the 22nd August 1968.

  • Signed by Jimi Hendrix, Noel Redding and Mitch Mitchell in black felt tipped pen. 
  • The document was drawn up in order to indemnify Abrahams, Gold & Hecht against any receipt or disbursement by the company of any monies paid in respect of the Jimi Hendrix Experience, its personal appearances and royalties of every kind. 
  • One day after the contract was signed, on the 23rd August 1968, the Jimi Hendrix Experience appeared live on stage at the New York Rock Festival, Singer Bowl, in Flushing Meadow, Queens, New York, USA. 
  • Presented unframed.
