- Hand-signed and dated by Haring in black marker on right.
- Haring opened the store Pop Shop, which sold affordable clothing and gift items, in 1986, and considered the store to be an extension of his artistic practice.
- The advertisement shows the image of Kenny Scharf’s daughter captured by Haring’s other close friend, photographer Tseng Kwong Chi.
