This is a key book still. Many studios spent extra money to have their best photographs either backed with linen or printed on a heavier paper, both of which enhanced their durability. They had an extra inch at the left or top, with punch holes, because of how they were stored. Key book stills are rarer as only a few key books were manufactured per film. The inch-extra margin with the punch holes has been trimmed, which is normal for this type of photograph.
