Kazuki chairs designed by Kazuhide Takahama for Gavina.

  • Kazuhide Takahama (1920-2013) was a Japanese-born, Italian-inspired lighting and furniture designer who worked and taught in Japan but ultimately relocated to Bologna, Italy in 1963 where he fostered relationships and collaborations with renowned Italian designers.
  • Takahama’s work reflects this east and west design fusion with a modern touch.
