Description

American Edwardian sterling silver engraved Plymouth water pitcher.

  • Made by Gorham in Providence in 1911.
  • Tapering and paneled ovoid body
  • Reeded helmet mouth with capped scroll bracket handle.
  • Raise on stepped oval foot.
  • Leafing scrollwork and two cartouches (vacant).
  • Fully marked including maker’s stamp, date symbol, number A2788 and volume (3 5/8 pts).
