Thomas Ivester Lloyd (British, 1873–1942).
This work is offered unframed.
This Liverpool-born artist spent most of his life in and around Sherington, where he became Master of the Sherington Foot Beagles. The majority of his work was sporting art and he illustrated a number of books, becoming well-known for his hound sketches. He painted a series of beagling pictures and a variety of hunting scenes, working both in oil and watercolor.
