  • Designed by Kevin Begos Jr. and Dan Carr, the book was printed by Heritage Printers in English Monotype Scotch handset at Golgonooza Letter Foundry by Carr and Julia Ferrari, on paper by Carterie Enrico Magnani.
  • Bound in quarter black goatskin over green linen cloth-covered boards, in a black linen-covered slipcase.
