Released in 2012, UK artist Dave White swapped his canvas for high-top Air Jordan 1s. In typical Dave White aesthetic, the sneaker emulates a paint splatter effect in black and visible red brushstrokes. The intentional strokes create the illusion that the sneaker began as a white silhouette and was artistically dipped in black from the toe up. The Jumpman logo remains intact on the tongue as is the signature Jordan wing logo. Amongst the splatter paint is the addition of the Jordan’s elephant print on the bottom lace strap, which fades into a black and white gradient at the midsole. The back left heel is stamped with "Jumpman" and the right with "23." The inside of the tongue reveals the artist's signature with “for #23” below. 

The sneakers come with a set of red or black shoelaces with "Wing of the Future" printed across. The black and red sneaker box features Dave White motifs of signature Air Jordan branding throughout.
