The Seamaster model was launched to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Omega, which was established in 1948. The Seamaster watches were made specifically for the British military and navy from very early on in their history. Over the decades, numerous Seamaster watches have caught the public's attention, from classic to sports design, and they are versatile enough to be worn as a daily timepiece.
Honest Vintage: The Greg Selch Collection
A native New Yorker from a family of connoisseurs, Greg Selch has collected watches for over 20 years, among many other things. Over the years, Selch has become well-known for his passion: “orphan watches” as well as well-worn watches with patina, for which a term has been created: #selchism.

Bracelet has moderate signs of stretch and surface wear throughout commensurate with age. Buckle shows minor signs of scratches. Dial is showing signs of fading on the edge. Caseback has visible scratches. The movement is running at the time of cataloging, however, it was not tested for the accuracy of time or duration of the power reserve and may need service at the buyer's discretion.
