This Cartier Santos Octagon Reference 2965 is crafted from yellow gold and features a striking, diamond-set onyx dial with gold sword-shaped hands. Its bracelet's end links complement the dial with diamonds on both sides, along with a diamond-set crown in place of a traditional sapphire cabochon.
