Launched in 1963, the Cosmograph Daytona was designed to be a professional racing watch, and until this day, remains one of the most sought-after sports models. The model allows users to accurately measure time in hours, minutes and seconds with its tachymetric scale, pushers and three counters. With its tachymetric scale, its three counters and its pushers, the Cosmograph Daytona was designed for endurance racing drivers. The bezel features a tachymetric scale to read average speed over a given distance based on elapsed time. This scale offers optimal legibility, making the Cosmograph Daytona the ideal instrument for measuring speeds up to 400 units per hour, expressed in kilometers or miles.
This Daytona Reference 116518LN is a yellow gold automatic wristwatch with chronograph, circa 2023, with 18K yellow gold case and folding buckle, black rubber strap. Gold color dial with black subdials, small seconds hands, rotating bezel with ceramic material, screw-down crown. Water resistance 100 meters. Case size in diameter 40 mm. This watch comes with paper and box.
