Description
The first Omega watch was carefully handcrafted by Louis Brandt in La Chaux de Fonds, Switzerland. Brandt established a small workshop in 1848, where he continued to produce and sell his watches to clients around the world. The brand was originally known as Louis Brandt & Fil before rebranding to Omega Watch Co. in 1903. After a long successful 30 years of sale, Brandt passed away in 1879, leaving his business to his both sons.

GoodThe watch is in overall good condition with light wear throughout commensurate with age. Case is in overall good condition with minor surface wear. Bracelet has minor signs of surface wear throughout commensurate with age. Gemstones intact but not tested for quality or condition. The movement is running at the time of cataloging, however, it was not tested for the accuracy of time or duration of the power reserve and may need service at the buyer's discretion.
