Description
The Rolex reference 6694 is a special watch as it is one of the few vintage Rolexes that is not “Chronometer Certified.” First introduced in the 1960s, the reference 6694 is available in different dial variations. The present lot that we offer has a very clean and pristine silvered dial with all luminous plots present. The considerable size of this watch and simple elegant dial offer the classic Rolex look for this fine timepiece.
Condition Report
FairThe watch is in overall fair condition with moderate wear throughout commensurate with age. Case is in overall fair condition with moderate surface wear. Bracelet has moderate signs of stretch and surface wear. Dial color is fading by the stick markers. Hands are worn commensurate with age. The movement is running at the time of cataloging, however, it was not tested for the accuracy of the time or duration of the power reserve and may need service at the buyer's discretion.
