The Patek Philippe 5130R “Taipei Edition” is one of the most exlusive World Time watches ever produced. Released around 2009, it features the classic 39.5mm rose gold case paired with Patek’s signature guilloché dial. What sets this edition apart is the city ring, where Taipei is highlighted in red, a subtle but highly significant detail marking it as a special regional release.
