Description

The Patek Philippe reference 1450 was produced from 1940 to the early 1960s and affectionately nicknamed ‘Top Hat’ by collectors due to its tall case profile. Interestingly, Italians also refer to this reference as ‘Cinesino’, as the case profile is indeed reminiscent of a Pagoda architecture.

Includes presentation non-Patek Philippe box.
