In 2015, Patek Philippe expanded the Nautilus collection with a striking rose gold edition of the 5711, distinguished by a rich brown dial that beautifully complements the warm tones of the case. Launched alongside it was the ultra-rare reference 5723/1R-010, elevated with a bezel and hour markers set in baguette-cut diamonds.
Gem-set Nautilus models remain exceptionally scarce, making them especially desirable among collectors. They preserve the line’s signature understated elegance while adding a refined touch of luxury.
