Description
Introduced in 2005, the reference 5146 succeeded Patek Philippe’s inaugural Annual Calendar, the reference 5035. Enlarged by two millimeters to 39 mm, it also incorporated several design updates as part of the brand’s ongoing refinement of the Annual Calendar collection.
Includes Patek Philippe box.

The watch is in overall very good condition and presents beautifully with no obvious surface marks visible to the unaided eye. Prior service history is unknown. The movement is running at the time of cataloging, however, it was not tested for the accuracy of time or duration of the power reserve and may need service at the buyer's discretion. Please note that Sotheby's does not guarantee the future working of the movement.
