Description
The reference 5212 is an interesting development for Patek Philippe, as it was the first iteration of any wristwatches by the firm to introduce the weekly calendar within a Calatrava styled body. Although the weekly calendar is uncommon among wristwatches today, it is a complication that has been proven to be especially useful for businessmen by displaying the current week number in addition to the day and date. Designed with a vintage schematic, the dial of the present watch features a silvery off-white tone and the unique typography was based on the handwriting of one of the watch designers.
Reference 5212 is an unprecedented example from the Calatrava family. A handsome looking wristwatch suitable to be worn on all occasions, this watch will undoubtedly cater to the needs of all wearers.
Accompanied by a presentation box, instruction manual, certificate of origin and leather book.
