Description
The reference 5575 was released as part of Patek Philippe’s celebrations of its 175th Anniversary. For the occasion, the storied maison paired its signature world time complication with an oversized moon phase display, a first for the brand. The new calibre 240 HU LU was specifically designed to seamlessly integrate the world's 24 time zones with the lunar cycle.
