Patek Philippe Reference 1111 is a rare ladies’ wristwatch introduced in the mid 1940s, notable for its small 18k yellow gold case, silvered dial, and manual winding calibre 8’’’85 movement. It represents Patek Philippe’s post war refinement of elegant wristwatches for women.
