Description
The Ōtsuka Lōtec No. 5 Kai, created by Tokyo‑based independent watchmaker Jiro Katayama, is a bold retro‑futuristic wristwatch that pushes the boundaries of time display. First introduced as an evolution of the original No. 5 from 2012, the Kai replaces the regulator layout with a sophisticated satellite “wandering hours” complication. This inventive mechanism transforms the way time is read, offering a dynamic and visually striking interpretation while remaining faithful to Katayama’s avant‑garde design philosophy.
Includes box and papers.
