Nike

A year after Supreme's Nike SB debut collaboration, where the famous elephant print was first brought from Air Jordan to Nike SB, the New York Skate brand teamed up again with Nike to bring a sneaker which would shape the future of SB collaborations. 

Like the original collaboration, these were highly limited and sold exclusively through Supreme stores. One color was released per day and efforts were made to ensure that no single buyer was purchasing all three. Supreme also released a capsule collection with a hooded sweatshirt with the same star motif.

Instead of the Black and White and Bred colorway, Supreme designed a trio of SB High’s inspired by the original 1986 True To Your School colorways: Varsity Red, University Blue, and College Orange. 

Different from the standard Nike SB’s, the pair's colorful overlays were finished with crocodile skin-printed leather. The quarter panels were adorned with gold stars and the tongue tag Nike logo is also stitched with a golden color. Supreme also introduced a branded deubre - finished in a metallic gold - an accessory not often associated with the Nike SB Dunk line.
