A charming pen-and-ink sketch of Rip Van Winkle inscribed to Veronica S. Hutchinson.


Hutchinson was a Carnegie Institute of Technology-trained librarian who worked first as a children's librarian at the Cleveland Public Library before joining the rare book department of the upscale department store, Halle Brothers Co., where she worked for over 40 years.
