Description
An early 20th century bracelet watch set with European and single cut diamonds weighing a total of approximately 3.90 carats. The watch is accented by French cut and calibré cut natural and synthetic sapphires. Having a snap back case closure and a dial with applied silver-tone hour markers and watch hands, it's signed Movado on the dial. Completed by a foldover clasp closure with a safety chain.
Condition Report
The watch is in overall good condition. Diamonds show approximate G-H color and VS2-SI1 clarity. Case is in good condition with surface wear. Bracelet is in good condition throughout commensurate with age. Buckle is in good condition. Dial is in overall good condition with minor discoloration around the edge due to its age. The case back with signs of wear throughout. The movement is running at the time of cataloging, however, it was not tested for the accuracy of time or duration of the power reserve and may need service at the buyer's discretion.
