Breguet Marine II Tourbillon in rose gold with a hand-engraved black rhodium roman dial, rose gold open-tipped Breguet hands with luminous tips and 12-hour totalizer at 6 o'clock. Small seconds on the tourbillon carriage at 12 o'clock. Tourbillon carriage at the 12 o'clock doubles as the seconds hand. Breguet caliber 554.3 mechanical movement with 28-Jewels.
