Scuffing and scratching to boards, with leather cracking on spines.

Edges of text blocks dyed speckled red, though somewhat faded.

Age-toning and foxing to interior pages.

Chunk of head of spine broken off in Volume 1, as well as small splitting at rear hinge.

Some of head and tail of spine broken off in Volume 2, with headbands exposed.

Some splitting to front hinge in Volume 2 at either end.
