Description

  • Sold as a set of 2.
  • Vintage stoneware pottery figurines by Knud Khyn for Royal Copenhagen.
  • Knud Khyn (1880-1969) was a Danish sculptor and painter. He was an important collaborator with Royal Copenhagen in the mid-20th century.
  • The bases bear a blue underglaze factory mark, model number and an incised KK mark.
  • Glaze is brown with amber undertones on the single gorilla.
  • Glaze is cream, green and brown on the mother gorilla and her infant.
