A model following the design spirit of the watches of the 1960s and a tribute to Girard-Perregaux’s technical advances in the field of chronometry, crowned by the Neuchâtel Observatory Centenary Prize. A classic timepiece in terms of functions and lines: very thin round case, entirely polished and softly domed with curved lines (lugs, bezel, sapphire crystal and case-back). The strap is perfectly integrated into the case for maximum wearing comfort.
This Girard-Perregaux 1966 lady's watch is in rose gold with a white alligator strap. Case size 38mm with automatic movement and power reserve 46 hours. Mother of pearl dial with diamond-setting in dial and case. This watch comes with the full set of original papers and box.
The watch is in excellent, new condition. The movement is running at the time of cataloging, however, it was not tested for the accuracy of time or duration of the power reserve and may need service at the buyer's discretion. Please note that Sotheby's does not guarantee the future working of the movement.
Fits a wrist size of 6 inches or smaller.
