Description
Franck Muller has become a name synonymous with beautiful finishing and unique designs since the 1980s. Throughout haute horlogerie and high complications, Muller has tied his name to a brand that has established a series of exceptional timepieces that, while originally avant-garde, have become embraced and often copied.
In 1992, it was a bold move to introduce the unique Cintrée Curvex case, something previously nonexistent on the market; a tonneau curved body in three dimensions involving great technical difficulties in manufacturing. Thus, Franck Muller watches became easily identifiable due to their tonneau shape which is commonly recognized as the brand’s most significant silhouette. For this 7880 Cintree Curvex Complications, the hour is indicated by 2 retrograde hands that are run by off-centered axles. The daytime is indicated by the silver subdial and the nighttime is indicated by the black subdial. This watch comes with a full set of original paper and box.
