A sensational pair of Louis XIV Fauteuils à la Reine.

  • Sold as a set of 2.
  • Arched rectangular back continuing to padded armrests, terminating in sunflower carved scrolls in reference to Le Roi du Soleil.
  • The rectangular seat is raised on similarly carved cabriole legs, ending with inverted scroll toes joined by an "os de mouton" stretcher.
  • Upholstered in gold and crimson damask with the back in a tonal checkered-pattern cotton blend.
  • This item is final sale and not eligible for return.
