English Victorian sterling silver wine cooler centerpiece decorated with horses made by James Barclay Hennell, London.

  • Round and curved bowl with beaded rim.
  • Sides with lion’s head mounts with loose-mounted rings.
  • Leafing scrollwork on beaded ground and two scrolled and bead-and-reel frames with trefoil mounts.
  • Raised on leafing scroll and trefoil knop and bellied base with fruits and vegetables.
  • Gilt-washed interior.
  • Fully marked.
