Description
Audemars Piguet began in 1875, when two young and ambitious watchmakers, Jules Audemars and Edward Piguet, founded the company in Vallée de Joux, Switzerland. The two watchmakers worked closely together for some time without formalizing their partnership. The trademark of Audemars Piguet was officially registered in 1882.

The watch is in overall good condition with light wear throughout commensurate with age. Case is in overall good condition with minor surface wear. Bracelet is in overall good condition. Crystal has minor signs of scratches. Dial is showing signs of being corroded. The movement is running at the time of cataloging, however, it was not tested for the accuracy of time or duration of the power reserve and may need service at the buyer's discretion.
